Day dreaming is defined as the condition in which the individual escapes consciousness from current external tasks and drift towards internal imagination. Day dreaming take our mind to the world which we imagine for our self. Almost all of us day dream. Harvard study founds that our mind stroll nearly half(about 47 percent) of the time.

Day dreaming can also help to sort out the problems and achieve success. Researchers found that different areas of brain are activated when day dreaming, that are associated with problem solving.
In our society, I’ve heared people saying to get out of your fantasy world and to be in a reality, But I actually thinks different. I think that day dreaming help the people to cope with the difficult situations and it often provide problem solving strategies. Day dreaming is a type of defence to the some recent catastrophes, just to get out of stress and depression. Day dreaming is of different types. Some have the day dreaming about their future which give them strenght and make them more ambitious to accomplish their goals.

But the excess of any think create the problems. Do not make yourself addicted to something, because it will actually cause you. Extreme vivid day dreaming can cause a disorder. Maladaptive day dreaming which disturb a person real life, relationships, job, study and other real life task. Many times, real life events trigger day dreaming. Because what we think, is what we had experienced. And that in our imagination we make it as we want. Every person have different day dreaming. Some have negative thoughts which harm the mental health. Every person have a different story and they think according to it.
We can’t stop to day dream because it is good for the mind as it help to sort out the problems and give ideas to achieve what we want in our life. Its better to thought things related to reality. I suggest that, think what you want, and devoted yourself to accomplish it.
